What are you doing about COVID-19

You may notice some extra plastic packaging than normal in our boxes. This is to insure we at FreshCo minimise any cross contamination, as we receive produce that’s travelled through the supply chain, and also for your safety each box is packed with our staff using medical grade gloves, disposable aprons and masks.

Please continue to wash the fruit, veg & salad as normal before use.

Delivery Info.

If you would like your order delivered on a set date, then please enter in the ‘Notes’ section on your Shopping Cart your preferred delivery date

Next Day Delivery:
All order placed by 7pm will be delivered the next working day (Mon-Sat excluding Bank Holidays)

Standard Delivery:
All orders will be delivered within 3 days of order (Mon – Sat excluding Bank Holidays)

Custom Delivery:
Select this if you’ve entered a delivery date in the Notes section on your shopping cart

**Orders placed over the Weekend will be processed on the following Monday**
E.g: Next Working Day order is placed on a Sunday, we will process on the Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

Delivery charge is up to £5.50 deping on type of delivery selected

All deliveries are delivered up untill 7pm on day of delivery, please bare with us if your delivery is slightly late on the day as we’re currently busier than normal.

We are fufiling some deliveries where possible over the weekends due to our current demand, if we are able to deliver your order over the weekend we will be in touch with you via email or text message once you’ve placed your order

Due to COVID-19 we may experience delays in receiving fresh produce in the supply chain so your order may be delayed a day. In this case we will contact you to notify you of the delay. However this has been quite rare.

All orders are packed and delivered by our own FreshCo team.
There is a comments box on the checkout page where you can enter a safe loction to deliver the box if requested.

Where do you deliver to?

FreshCo currently delivers to Coventry CV1-CV6 post codes, as well as Kenilworth, Leamington & Warwick.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, all orders placed on our site must be a minimum of £15.00, before any delivery charges are applied.

Are the online payments safe?

Absolutely, all Credit and Debit card payments taken via our website are throughl SSL security (padlock), so you can be rest assured your data is safe. We never get to see or store any credit/debit card info you enter on our site when making a payment.

PayPal is also an option, you dont need to have a PayPal account to use the service.

Can I do a subscription to auto order?

Yes! but not at the moment. We’re having to make slight changes to the way were doing business at present, so are only accepting orders individually untill we are back to normal operation.

Can I change items in my box?

Yes, but there are limitations based on availability and current cost of produce.
This also depends on the box selecttion, e.g

If you order a £15 Fruit box and want to replace 2 items i.e Apples and Pears with 2 papayas’s. Due to the fact Papaya’s are more costly to buy, therefore additional items already included in the box will be either reduced or replaced.

We will contact you to let you know, before we pack your order.

Can I collect my order?

Not at the moment. Due to COVID-19, the health & safety of our team is important to us, so all orders will be delivered direct to your door.

On delivery, our driver will place the box on your door step, or a safe place and ring your door bell.

There is a comments box on the checkout page where you can enter a safe loction to deliver the box if required.
