You may notice some extra plastic packaging than normal in our boxes. This is to insure we at MyFreshCo minimise any cross contamination, as we receive produce that’s travelled through the supply chain.
Please continue to wash the fruit, veg & salad as normal before use.
Register with an account, and collect rewards points on selected products which can be redeemed later as a discount during checkout.

Terms & Conditions
– Customers must have a registered account on our website (Register here using your social credentials, if you haven’t yet registered)
– Points cannot be transferred into physical cash and must be used as a discount during checkout
– Referal: Website referrals can be made by logging into ‘Your Account’ area and selecting MyFresh Points from the menu section and submitting the referral form,.
Sure, we are working on a seamless process but for now either
A delivery date must be selected at Checkout. On the day of delivery you will receive an email and text message (if a mobile number has been entered at checkout) with an approx. time of delivery 30 minutes before our driver is due to leave.
Next Day Delivery:
Orders must be placed by 7pm (Mon-Sat, excluding Bank Holidays). Any orders received after 7pm will be processed the following day.
Delivery charge:
All deliveries are delivered up until 6pm on day of delivery, please bare with us if your delivery is slightly late on the day as we’re currently busier than normal.
Due to COVID-19 we may experience delays in receiving fresh produce in the supply chain so your order may be delayed a day. In this case we will contact you to notify you of the delay. However this has been quite rare.
All orders are packed and delivered by our own MyFreshCo team.
There is a comments box on the checkout page where you can enter a safe location to deliver your order if required
MyFreshCo currently delivers to all CV based post codes inc Kenilworth, Leamington, Warwick & surrounding areas.
Commercial / Trade deliveries are Mon-Sat, however if you are a Home Delivery customer then please see our schedule below, the delivery calendar at checkout will auto update and show you the delivery schedule depending on the delivery post code. If we currently do not deliver to your CV post code then get in touch with us and we can add your order manually.

Yes, all orders placed on our site must be a minimum of £15.00, before any delivery charges are applied.
Absolutely, all Credit and Debit card payments taken via our website are throughl SSL security (padlock), so you can be rest assured your data is safe. We never get to see or store any credit/debit card info you enter on our site when making a payment.
PayPal is also an option, you dont need to have a PayPal account to use the service.
Yes! Currently we are only offering our Set Boxes as subscription orders.
On each product page simply select your subscription option, at checkout on the delivery calendar simply select the DAY you’d like your order delivered each week, month ect.
If you currently have a subscription order and need to amend your delivery day, simply email us on orders@myfreshco.com with your name and address.
You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time, and simply reactivate from your account area on our website.
Yes, but there are limitations based on availability and current cost of produce.
This also depends on the box selecttion, e.g
If you order a £15 Fruit box and want to replace 2 items i.e Apples and Pears with 2 papayas’s. Due to the fact Papaya’s are more costly to buy, therefore additional items already included in the box will be either reduced or replaced.

Can i purchase Gift Cards?
Yes, Please get in touch with us, we have a number of E-Gift Cards that are available to be purchased online, and be sent via email at point of purchase as a present for someone.
